My coaching style is direct and supportive. Our sessions are purposeful and driven by your desire for change. Each session ends with a plan for the week that will help you keep moving forward. Knowing I am available as needed creates an accountability partner you can depend on.
The truth is you are holding yourself back, I know you can feel confident, purposeful and have fun – even if you aren’t sure it’s possible. I have seen many clients frustrated and unfulfilled because they haven’t taken the time to really put themselves first!
Most coaching is done by phone, in certain situations we can also meet in person, via Skype or FaceTime.
